Ok folks, let's try this out and see if it works.

Donate $5 online to Amnesty International - any branch, any currency (so $5 Australia, $5 US, $5 Canadian, five pounds British) - and email me your receipt. I'll write you 500 words of Doctor Who to your specifications. Donate $10, and I'll write 1000 words. The rules: no sexual violence; I have to write the fic within one week or match your donation *and* write the fic; not more than 1000 words at a time.

I'm your wee little puppet author!

Thats an incredibly cool idea. Innovation at work and as soon as I have the spare readies, I will donate! Don't worry, i'll ask for something simple. Like a piece about Tea.

Oh, did you ever get the e-mail with the link to the CWWTT2 logo in it? Ryssa slapped me about the chops about it the other day and I know I sent it off. If not I'll resend it when I get out of this ever descending hellhole that is a training course.

Since my rules say "not more than 1000 words at a time", I guess they'd get 1000 words a week for five weeks!

Whee! My money's winging its virtual way to Amnesty International this very moment! And I hope I'm not the only one. C'mon, people, give 'til it hurts! Kate'll write some fic and make it all better.

I only hope she doesn't regret making this offer... or get a cramp in her writing hand from all the extra work we're gonna make her do.

But it's for a good cause.
